Budgalong Fire Feast

Budgalong Fire Feast is a wood-fired paddock to plate long lunch. A dining experience with no boundaries, guests were treated to an open fire pit installation with local produce roasting over hot coals. This style of dining embraces basic cooking techniques utilising only fire.
